Account data: your name, email, phone (optional) and password (stored hashed). Workspace data: your company details, PAN, and everything you enter into your books — parties, products, documents, payments. Usage data: server logs with IP address, browser and timestamps, kept for security and debugging. Support data: messages you send us through the contact form or email.

We do not collect card details; payments are made by bank transfer or QR outside the application.

• To run your books and show them to the people you invite.
• To send account emails: invitations, password resets, receipts for plan payments, notices about your plan.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.
• To answer you when you write to us.

Only the users you invite to your workspace, within the role you give them. Jiri Labs staff can access a workspace only to support you and only after you ask, or to investigate abuse; each such access is logged. Your company's data is isolated from other companies at the database level.

On servers we control, currently hosted with a cloud provider. Backups are taken daily and kept for 30 days. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers that run the service (hosting, email delivery) under agreements that limit their use to providing that service, or when the law requires it.

• Export everything you entered at any time from Reports.
• Ask us to delete your workspace; we remove it from live systems within 7 days and from backups within 30.
• Correct your account details from Settings.
• Ask what we hold about you by writing to the address below.

We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF cookie to protect forms. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If this policy changes materially we will email workspace owners and note the date at the top of this page.
