Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you're on Starter for seven days with everything unlocked. No card, no approval. When it ends, your books stay readable and exportable; posting resumes the moment a plan is active.
How do I pay?
From Settings → Billing you'll see our bank account and a QR code. Pay from any bank or wallet, send us the reference from the same screen, and we activate the plan — usually within the day. We'll email a receipt.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly gives you two months free: NPR 10,000 instead of 12,000 on Starter, NPR 20,000 instead of 24,000 on Growth. Switch at renewal.
What counts as a company?
One set of books with its own PAN, invoices and reports. Two shops under one PAN are one company. Two PANs are two companies — that's the Growth plan.
What counts as a user?
A login. The owner is one; each staff member you invite is another. Business owners you only track as parties are not users.
Can I change plans?
Up any time — the difference is prorated on request. Down at renewal.
Is VAT charged on the subscription?
